Senior Process Implementation Manager (IT focus)

We are looking for an energetic and capable implementation manager to support one of our most prestigious clients.  We are engaged with their transformation journey, across multiple markets and technologies, and need a senior implementation manager to help implement a new consent management process across the business. Your role will be as an extension to their internal team, coordinating internal, intra, and external colleagues to deliver agreed outcomes.

Your principal responsibilities include:

  • To review this process with global stakeholders and then impacted local countries
  • Update the end-to-end process
  • Get signoff of process from all stakeholders
  • Work with IT teams to implement technical changes (user stories) supporting process
  • Implement a Change Request process
  • Support the new Global Process Owner
  • Monitor/Track the effectiveness of the process
  • Participate in regular audits of the process

The perfect candidate

You will have proven experience of:

  • Expert in project management, Salesforce and a great fit for the Business PM job specification
  • Strong communication skills, working across all levels of the organisation.
  • Self-starter, confident, and proactive
  • Senior IT Business Analyst / IT Project Manager background
  • Experience with process flows in CRM (Salesforce), Data lake and Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Working with Scrum/Agile Methodology
  • Digital Transformation Projects and Expert

Location:

UK or NL ideally, but flexible for the right candidate.

Start time and duration:

Immediate 6-month contract with potential to extend.
