What data we collect and why

Contact form submissions

When you submit a form on our website (Become A Client, Careers, or general inquiry), we collect your name, work email address, company name, and message. We use this data to respond to your inquiry.

Providing these details is voluntary, but we cannot respond without them.

Lawful basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Analytics cookies collect data such as pages visited and time spent on the site. IP addresses are anonymised. This data is collected automatically when you browse the site.

Lawful basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent. Analytics cookies are only placed after you consent via our cookie banner.

HubSpot

Contact form submissions are stored in HubSpot. If you consent to marketing cookies, HubSpot may also place tracking cookies.

Lawful basis: Article 6(1)(b) for the form submission. Article 6(1)(a) – consent – for tracking cookies.

How long we keep data

Contact form submissions: For as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship. Inquiries that do not lead to an ongoing relationship are periodically reviewed and deleted.
Analytics data: Retained by Google in accordance with our Google Analytics configuration and Google’s data retention policies.

Who we share data with

We share data with the following processors under data processing agreements:

Google (Google Analytics) – website analytics
HubSpot – form submission storage and contact management

Both processors store data within the European Union. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Your rights

Have your data deleted
Restrict how we process your data
Receive your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing)
